What you need to know and bring
This sport promotes a zero impact physical fitness training, in particular for the upper body. Use major muscles above the waist, dramatically improve heart and lung strengths.
Be a social or competitive paddler, train for state and international titles. Be involved in a team sport, meet more friends and have a load of fun whilst improving your fitness.

Arrive 15 minutes before each session:

Every Saturday at 7.30am
Most Sundays at 8.00am (depending on race days & interest)
Tuesdays at 6.30pm (check if sufficient members will attend - email or phone)
Thursdays at 6.30pm (check if sufficient members will attend - email or phone)
What to Bring:
Bottle of water (minimum 600ml)
Singlet, T Shirt & Shorts in Summer
Include a wind jacket or thermals in Winter
Thongs or Water Shoes (shoes will get wet)
Sun Block
Hat
Sun Glasses
Towel
A change of clothes (paddling clothes get wet)
